Together with our partners, we developed the Composite Superstructure Concept (CSC) to create a better alternative to steel and aluminium superstructures. CSC reduces weight by 50% compared with aluminium while giving you greater structural strength.

Outstanding strength-to-weight ratio
The sandwich consists of two high strength carbon fibre skins over a lightweight core. The sandwich is sealed using our unique Kockums Vacuum Assisted Sandwich Infusion technique. The skins create a hard, durable surface and absorb bending stresses, while the core absorbs sheer stresses and distributes them over a wide area.
The finished surface is also virtually maintenance-free as it is invulnerable to rust and corrosion. And repairs are quick and simple with no loss of structural integrity.
